https://mspartner.microsoft.com seems to be redirecting to https://mspartner.microsoft.com/_layouts/error.aspx

Also will action pack subscribers get 8.1 RTM on the same day as retail?

Yes I read when searching weeks ago that Action Pack subscribers get 8.1 on retail day. I think TechNet subscribers got it earlier. grrr.

https://mspartner.microsoft.com/en/us/pages/downloads/download-software.aspx works for me to access Action Pack downloads.

They might be having general issues. I had trouble with errors getting trial product keys this morning for Office 2013 ProPlus - kept getting errors from 9am-ish to just after 10am.

I am checking up about when 8.1 GA will be available for Action Pack. I think you can assume it will be on Friday when it goes into the VLSC for Enterprise customers too

I had been checking every few days to see if it got released to action pack.
