Hi There!

I have a NVS310 right now, but it's not really coping with the 2 x 1440p monitors attached to it. Mostly it's ok, but streaming 720p/1080p causes tearing and shuddering often, and I am having strange problems where after RDP'ing to the machine, when I login locally the machine requires a restart a couple of times a week due to one screen reverting to 1024x786 and won't allow me to change it. 

Machine is LP and has a 240w PSU. 

Is there a solution without spending a fortune?

You'll struggle to find more powerful low profile cards that will run safely with that PSU

If you haven't already, download the latest Video card driver from http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

NVS says it needs 19w operational. Should be PLENTY left for a SSD and the rest of the stuff in this machine I'd have thought.

Matrox has this

What are the chances that or the NVS 315 would be better do you think? Is tearing and shuddering usually a processing power or lack of memory issue?
