Hi There!

I am looking for a city builder for android that works with phones and tablets and ideally syncs between them. I would strongly prefer something that doesn't require in game purchases to proceed through the game at a reasonable rate. I really enjoyed airport city, until it became apparent you would need about 5 days to make any progress beyond the first few days, as stuff is so expensive that in game purchases are almost mandatory.

I don't mind buying something.

EA shows they have simcity for android, but I can't find it on the play store?

Lots of people who are fans of SimCity also like Civ, so it might interest you there has been a port of FreeCiv to Android. It is quite good! I've played it.
