Hi Guys,
I have a Telecom Branded Galaxy S4 Mini I9515 with 4.2.2, being all NZ networks are about a year behind the rest of the world with updates I want to flash it with a generic stock 4.4.2 ROM.
Im actually using it on 2degs so getting with of the Telecom Branding would be a bonus.
The problem is it seems to have a locked bootloader, this is the log from Odin
<ID:0/017> Odin v.3 engine (ID:17)..
<ID:0/017> File analysis..
<ID:0/017> SetupConnection..

<ID:0/017> NAND Write Start!!
<ID:0/017> FAIL! (Auth)
<ID:0/017>
<ID:0/017> Complete(Write) operation failed.
I thought maybe getting root on the device would fix this, but apparently using CF-Auto-Root on a bootloader locked device is likely to Brick-It
Has anyone come across this, or gotten around it anyway? or am I stuck with this poxy branding.
