My wife just complained that she no longer can answer calls the one she has since she owned this phone (and every other).

When a call comes in, there is a little indicator in the top row by the clock and battery indicator that flashes, rather than a full screen notification with a green and red button.

I've had a look at all the things I typically would expect to see settings under, but there is nothing.

Anyone seen this and know how to get it back to the default?

The normal way, as you do with bluetooth when it is playing up. Apps, show system processes. Phone - reset app data.

That said, have no idea of potential adverse effects if any.

Few people in the last month complaining of similar on the default google dialler app it would appear.

One thing I am wondering about. Under Default Apps - Phone - It's set to contacts here. I can't seem to reset it to anything else?

What is the app for the dialler/phone for LG's?

My P20 is 'dialler' (with truecaller and viber as alternates)

So unless an alternate app has gone on and had it changed?

Unsure on the LG, but google one should also work as an alternate? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.dialer&hl=en
