A rational thinking person knows that the law is a blunt instrument which at best is approximately right. As such, Harry Day & Douglas Bader's wise words apply:

A person that incurs avoidable fines is not wise, so that quote I incorrect. But you do what you feel you must and continue to contribute to the Consolidated Fund
