Delivered today (Sunday) rather than today (Saturday), but still impressive.

Anyone else have a problem with CourierPost drivers (we have several for our area it seems) routinely not scanning parcels on pickup (mine are booked via Trademe's book a courier)

Just as an example a parcel was picked up from me (in AKL) on 25 Jan, not scanned, then no further scans until 2nd Feb down in Dunedin when it was scanned as 'out with courier for delivery'. I think this is completely unacceptable.

Calls to CourierPost by both me and the recipient to chase this up went nowhere except the usual 'someone from the depot will call you later today' - which never happened.

Yes. Ever since these new bags without the extra barcode stickers, the drivers have to manually scan every bag, and sometimes they just dont seem to bother. Which is weird because I thought they didnt get paid unless they did - hence them calling the sheet with all the barcodes from the old style bags the "money sheet" since scanning that got them the money.

I had one turn up at 21:45 once so it's not outside the realm of possibility... but I also doubt it :)

That would explain why some items have now spent longer getting from the AOC to North Shore depot than they took to get from the US to NZ. It's good they're letting us know, I won't worry about them now.

Today's mess from Aramex, a parcel that was delivered yesterday at 15:49 and was marked as delivered until a few hours ago, then un-delivered itself again and went back into their system:

Aramex tracking also had it as delivered, since it undelivered itself it's been marked as "Authority to leave - Delivered":

At least they pretended to deliver that one, got a second shipment that's just disappeared off their tracking system.

In contrast NZ Post and DHL have been great, everything running as normal.

Yeah, NZPost definitely starting have issues. (all these on "overnight target" tickets, which during normal times would largely be delivered next day)

Also looks like I won't get a pickup today from them either. (usually they collect early in AM here)
