i dont want cheep stuff. i just want my phone back on! its not reconizing the dns number and its been off since monday when the first incident happened. you may be happy with them but i am not.
I don't think any of us are happy with them per-se, iirc hotkiwi already changed company to Telecom.
The point is people are bashing NZNet as a company without any real facts and categorising NZNet customers as morons for choosing them in the first place, which is uncalled for and frankly childish behaviour.
