Using the Android Bose App it says I have the latest version (1.3.1)

Tried the online update and it still says I have the latest version (1.3.1)

It's a bit glitchy (split second disconnects when paired with multiple devices) and apparently the newer firmware is supposed to fix that issue. Friend of mine has the same headphones and his firmware version is 1.5.

Have contacted Bose Support but no help there. Any ideas? Thanks.

I think they are rolling them out in stages, no way that I've seen to force the update to 1.5. I think they are focusing on the failed 1.4.1 upgrade and getting them fixed first.

I have same version with same issues with the below happening during Team calls.

"Galaxy S10 Disconnected"

"Galaxy S10 Connected"

CPU: AMD 5900x | RAM: GSKILL Trident Z Neo RGB F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC-32-GB | MB:  Asus X570-E | GFX: EVGA FTW3 Ultra RTX 3080Ti| Monitor: LG 27GL850-B 2560x1440

Sorry can't help... But following this as I have the same firmware and symptoms, I can only have them paired to one device at a time or it's glitchy/stuttering.

Firmware version on mine is 1.5.1-9303.. guessing these are pushed out in stages based on manufacture date?

DoM: 16th July 2019 for mine.

Went and searched out the 1.5.1 firmware, here is a snip-it from Bose.

Released 30 Jul 2020

Version 1.5.1
This version replaces version 1.4.12 and is only available to the limited number of users running version 1.4.12. It contains all features of 1.4.12. For all other users, version 1.3.1 is current.

Thanks for the info. I guess it's a wait and see situation. Doesn't appear to be a way to force upgrade manually either.
