Hi, I’ve got two properties with fibre, auckland and queenstown. Currently with bigpipe for both, but feel bigpipe is pushing customers away with price increases and support disappearing.

I’d like to understand how quic supports two addresses, can’t find a way to ask the question … support@quic didn’t respond..

Any suggestions ?

Peter

Hey hey!

You can have as many addresses under your account as you’d like. Once you’ve ordered your first connection, you can order additional connections either through the portal or from the homepage (same as the first connection). You’ll then be able to manage both under the same login. 🙂

support@quic isn’t a valid address which is why you wouldn’t have gotten a reply there.

Hope this helps!

Yeah I have two connections on my account.

Here's a screenshot of what it looks like:

You won't regret switching.

I'm a geek, a gamer, a dad, a Quic user, and an IT Professional. I have a full rack home lab, size 15 feet, an epic beard and Asperger's. I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. If you use my Quic signup you can also use the code R570394EKGIZ8 for free setup.
