kiwitrc: NoFam, you still on Wanamlite?
K1000716: The CM9 camera and I are having irreconcilable differences and must part our ways. ;)
Anybody got recommendations for a Samsung based rom with ICS theming? I'm quite happy to go back to Omega, but would like to try something else for a change. Not worried if it has bloat, I remove almost all Samsung apps anyway.
@Nofam
Wannamlite? Any particular reason?
Also, thanks for posting the kernel link.

nofam: If you haven't already, I'd suggest you guys check out the AbyssICS kernel; it's super-smooth, and is giving me great battery life. . . . .Despite the 18 different clock steps!! The dev has his own governor too (Abyssplug), which is working really well for me.

Google translator is having a hard job translating from Italian to English. It's a little bit humorous.

I usually translate Italian by yelling the words and waving my arms around a lot. . . . .

nzgeek: The phone gets its APN settings from /system/etc/apns-conf.xml. It appears that most of the NZ networks have settings in here, but Skinny doesn't.
If one of you Skinny users is feeling brave, I've got an experimental updated APN list that should contain Skinny's settings. It's available as a CWM zip package, so you'll need CWM recovery to install it. The zip file can be downloaded here. Note: this is completely and utterly untested. It might clobber your apns-conf.xml file, but won't affect anything else. Use at your own risk!
nofam:kiwitrc: NoFam, you still on Wanamlite?
Yes, running 11.3.1 and very happy!
The 'bug' with LP9 is only with the stock kernel IIRC, so as long as you swap this out, you're golden.

Nofam, so do I flash the ROM, then immediately flash the kernal over it before rebooting?
