I called sales today and requested a change from provisioned VFX to Asterisk. Now my phone is failing to register and MyVFX/Viewbill logins no longer work. Is this the normal process? I'm waiting for new credentials via e-mail, but would have preferred to have the Asterisk setup in place BEFORE the old provisioning was clobbered. I am starting to suspect that something has been mucked up here!

Sorry Paul not mucked I assure you ... :), if you change to Open VFX the old configs have to be cancelled at the same time the new ones are generated, you can not have the same number running across 2 configs at the same time other wise you could have 2 boxes set up with thye same details conflicting, you should have have rxed the email as soon as it was moved to OpenVFX, this is auto generated and sent to the contact email address as soon as the config is changed,

Oh good! That email address doesn't exist any more. My apologies for not supplying the new one effectively. I did give my new address when I called the help line, but it must have got lost in all the excitement, so I have emailed them requesting the new credentials. Hopefully that will work! My cunning plan was to log in to MyVFX and forward to a mobile, but MyVFX doesn't work either just now, which made me suspect that the whole account had been accidentally closed. Will I eventually get MyVFX back again?

The MyVFX is integrated into the whole account so when your account is resetup as openvfx it resets your MyVFX credentials. I promise you will get MyVFX back once you get your email copy.

You should now have the email with the details in as I got to the bottom of it this morning. :)
