Just when we thought Ingram Micro couldn't possibly become any less competent, we rang to find out why several orders had not been delivered and were not showing on our account, only to find out that they LOST 2,500 orders last week... and haven't bothered to tell anyone!
The guy I spoke to reckoned that they were working through these and reinstating them, but it sounds like crap to us, as none of our orders have yet been reinstated. We're having to re-load them now (and explain to our customers why their orders are late).
To all resellers out there - might pay to check all orders placed last week.
