I have a Panasonic EB-X60 (old I know but its the best phone for my job), and everytime I try to send a pxt or receive one it says "Failed!". Also when I try to connect to Live it says "Invalid Profile, Unable to Connect!"

Is this phone parallel imported, and is there a way to basically make it work.

In Settings - Data Connections there's a lot of stuff to input into but I'd have no idea if thats the problem or what to put in... I'm a mechanic not a cellphone technician.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
