Can anyone get the SPARK chat system going ?

Whenever i search / Google for the live "CHAT", I get a small page of 'service issues' - Some are presently green & some orange.

https://www.spark.co.nz/digital-content/assets/html/webchat/

How can I "chat" with a telecom / spark person ?

(Basically, i've been downloading a movie on TIVo for the last 40 minutes or so, & have "1 minute" of programmes)

2) Is there a way to check the 'current' ACTUAL bandwidth i am using for the last 30 seconds for my WHOLE modem ?

(I have several devices connected to my modem via wifi)...

PS the 'contact us' page that has the service alert message shows :-

"Please see the service status page for more information."

I click the "service status" page - http://www.telecom.co.nz/whatsnew/?f=network-status   and it has adverts on it for SPARK.  Nothing about service status.

I think they broke something when changing URLs from telecom to spark.

Do telecom staff read this forum ? (i guess no)

1) Reboot the TiVo.
2) No, you can't, if you want this you need to get a better router.
