I have one email account hosted on Outlook.com. I also use the calendar on this account for all of my appointments etc and sync across several devices.
The account works on my mobile devices but I have been getting synchronising errors since last Tuesday on Outlook 2010 on my laptop. I don't get nay emails or calendar events.
I'm fairly certain the problem is to do with Microsoft migrating their servers.
If I set up an IMAP account I can get the emails but no calendar events.
I've done a bit of Googling but have been unable to find a way to sync the calendar. Apparently Outlook Hotmail Connector no longer works with the new set up Microsoft is using. I've tried disabling this and following the instructions I've found online, most of which seem to think the auto set up function should work, but it doesn't.
I've tried various ways of setting up the Microsoft Exchange option but nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?
