Just got back from seeing them.
They assured me they arent going bankrupt/out of business. And that they are trying to have it all back by tomorrow morning (tonight at the earliest).

Remember, it is a long weekend, and when you visit them again on tuesday you will find an empty office.
The NZNet club appears to be a scam, and once more I would say, quickly cancel your direct debit as I did, or you pay their bills to the people who they own money to and never see your dollars back.
Today and tomorrow is where they take the dosh out of your account for the next month where you will have? no access.
Good luck, I jump ship and do not believe for a moment that tomorrow they will be up and running again.
Most plans with these guys are without a disconnect fee. If they are dead in the water they are unlikely to charge you the 200$ fee and if they take you to court you have a good case to demonstrate their violation of any customer service code in just stopping to provide the service you pay for without giving you any notice or explanation in 3 days time.
if i were you, i would go to my bank and stop the payments you make to this company and then forget about the 200$ they can not charge you anyway as any dispute tribunal will be on your side with this service.
If you have doubts, then just call the people at consumer.org.nz and tell them what happened. they will advise you.
