Hi Team,
Just want to know what everyone experience has been or rather what my rights are when requesting UFB to be installed on my property. After originally signing up for UFB in April this year I am no closer to having this installed due to some incompetence from Spark/Chorus subcontractor Wilson Hurst. Who I have no idea how they are involved with this in first place or how they fall into the UFB roll out puzzle.
Now after almost 6 months of fluffing about where they have provided me plans, which are just google earth screen shots with some lines drown over the top and due to the fact that I rejected the plans as the plans dont take into account raised gardens (not apparent in google earth). To be pragmatic I have suggested to meet with their planner and discuss/confirm options on site, but they are refusing to do so? Can they do that? They now want me to provide them with a plan and if i do not do it quickly they will cancel the order. And this after waiting on them for 6 months...
Note; I am the back house on a right of way so its not an easy install hence me wanting to meet with the planner and discuss the best option on site.
So what are my options here? Can I be firm and request that a planer meets me on site or what? I am not Wilson Hurst client so not sure what I can really do?
Thanks in advance for any advice! :)
