Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua

Seems to be place holder text, but I think I might translate it to be "we like you so much as a customer, we would like to give you free data for 2 years, does 3GB a month sound good"

How about "We have the brightest customers, so we send them this one in Latin"

Thanks for the feedback, we're looking into it. :|

It's a very long story. Suffice to say that --

a) It is part of the autopurchase process
b) You're not supposed to ever get it delivered to your handset
c) A fix was done for the no/double value pack purchase problem
d) This seems to be a side-effect of that change, which we still have not pin pointed
e) It didn't do it in test :-/

In the short term we figure the odd extra text is much less of a problem than the no/double purchase problem we were trying to fix. So it will be like that till we can nail it although we might - ahem - disguise the errant message by making it look like another one so it appears to be a duplicate rather than a random text.

SaltyNZ glad the message text he specified was Lorum Ipsum and not 'IF YOU CAN READ THIS WE FAILED'.

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

That would've been much funnier though ;)
