OK, so I've just noticed the bills that 2Degrees email my wife have our old (physical) address on them.  "No Biggie", I thought - just login online and change it.  How hard could it be?

Actually, turns out pretty hard.  There seems to be no way of doing that online, and nothing about changing address in the FAQs either.

WTF?

Does 2Degrees expect people to NEVER MOVE? I know they email the bills out, etc; but why bother recording a street address if you aren't going to use it; or more importantly, why not provide a way to change it.

Come on 2Degrees - not good enough.

You really should sort that out.

I want to change the credit card my internet bills to, cant seem to do that online. Looks easier to change ISP then get you guys to change the card you charge to.

I have no knowledge of my pin either, and can't see why 2D needs it when we ask for support through this forum

Didn't work last time I tried it. Had to call to do it because there was some JavaScript messing text entry up.

Might give it another go next month.

We only ask for this via PM as we need to authenticate you on the account. There's other questions we'll ask if you don't know your PIN. :)

I used the contact us form you linked to a few days ago, and have heard nothing, so that was a waste of time too.
