Hi T2200 owners,

On our dedicated thread for this product we have had a volume of users having issues with the following:

- Locking / Freezing issues with playback programmes, audio drops out and unable to control via remote
- Audio Dropouts
- Frozen on some channels, particularly HD channels and requires rebooting from power to restore.

Please Private Message us on particular details like location, TX and possibly your setup estimate i.e. Connected straight to aerial, splitter 4 way etc..

Just need some extra info in case we need to look into it in detail.

Hi T2200 owners,

A new firmware has been released, if you have set the updates to automatic, this should have been installed at 4am over the last few days. Version 01.1E November 7th 2015
You can also manually scan for the update. If you do not have the update or the unit cannot get the update please Private Message me, To check if you have the latest update go to Menu > Installation > System Info

This release should fix the audio freezing problems with playback as mentioned earlier in this discussion last week, I have also got the built in iManual updated to cover more areas of the T2200. If you still have issues please continue to post .

Cheers! Josh @ Dish TV

T2200 software suggestion.. when deleting a program it should say the name of the program for confirmation. .just like it already does when confirming if you want to save a program .

When you have a recording in progress on the T2200 and you catch up to the current recording progress the pvr exits you to the wrong recording in progress sometimes if two recordings are in progress. E.g. you are chasing a recording on tv3 and because you have fast forwarded you catch up to the current live broadcast.. the machine throws you out of the recording to live TV but to the wrong channel . Also after two updates the library still does not remember your sorting preferences from library session to library session making it very easy to delete the wrong program . It would be great to have the name of the program you wish to delete pop up when it says are you sure in the same way the program name pops up when saving a program.

Bit annoyed just now . Didn't record three news. went to 3 + 1 but recorded some rubbish about overweight folk. Any ideas as to why?

Thursday 19th November

I am canning MySky but this needs to be a little more reliable or my daughter will tear strips off me when she comes back from Abu Dhabi ...

More issues. Just watching a recording went to fast forward at 16x Unit froze up and had to cycle power to get going again. Rerun recorded program but started from beginning again.

Just entered this already but did not appear on geekzone forum.

Fast reverse actually went slow motion. Noticed this with fast forward also. Go to play and then rerun fast reverse/forward.

We have had a couple of times now, you finish watching a program, go to the library to delete it, and all recordings are listed at least twice. Exit and open the library again, and it is back to single recordings. Based in Hamilton FYI.

Also, rewind is very slow. Maybe 16x will give 2x rewind speed.

well that one is easy.... Firstly play and pause are interchangeable buttons. When you pause and push rewind it goes into slow mo. ..easy

Good morning guys, we are aware of some issues with the T2200, what we are doing is over the weekend we are doing a massive clean up and fix on all common issues including DLNA, I have taken in your recent reports and will compile a list for our team to get sorted. If you have anything that needs fixing please list them through, I'll add a +1 when received.

Thanks all and Happy Friday !
