Like other have said, change the email address, also the phone number "Phone (+64) 9 271 6262" you are not an international company and won't get many overseas business, so drop the +64 and put (09) instead.

Some of your links on the page point to http://www.ifix4u.co.nz/?page_id=588 but resolve to http://www.ifix4u.co.nz/special-promotion-deal/ducted-ventilation-system They need to be updated.

Banner at top looks like a menu. Drop shadows could fix that from being plain looking text like the menu.

Speed could be improved by reducing white space on pages, in the html the are large sections of spaces between div statements, which have no function but make ya pages bigger.

The scripts could be combined into one file to reduce load time, but that's minor. why do you need to load the testimonial script on every page? That should only need to happen on the testimonial page.

The line spacing on your contact us page doesn't look right. People want to just glance and get the info they need, which is not straightforward there, IMO.

Greatly appreciate the time you all have taken to review the site

Taking in it all in is hard, but needs to be done!

As for some of your questions:

A list of common maintenance tasks and how to do it would attract more hits.

I do not really understand this list of maintenance tasks, do you mean a list of steps that are involved in doing a repair/service,

OR

are you suggesting there are common maintenance tasks that web programmers and designers do to attract more hits

ifix4u: Also trying to set up a quiz for some electronic goods like microwaves, blue ray players

For what purpose?

I read somewhere that a quiz, weekly draws, monthly draws, something given away for free, helps promote your webpage and attract potential customers

The website is hosted somewhere in the US, will see about changing providers maybe if freitasm's cloudflare suggestion does not work

If multiple people are suggesting the load time is bad, then something must be done.

Cheap hosting and businesses aren't a good mix. You see complaints from businesses after buying cheap hosting and they wonder why their website has so much downtime, and they can't get any support.

Sloooow - on cable 50/2Mbps - 3 seconds to respond to a click.
Otherwise a good first effort.
Too generic - needs branding, as stated by others.

Typical maintenance users do like changing a filter, checking outlets for obstructions and simple things like that. Things the user manual covers.

Before you leave JustHost.com be sure to do some googling on the best method. From what I've read they are harder to get rid of than the plague. Best advice I've found is don't use their 'cancel.justhost.com' site but rather email them directly stating the date you will be terminating service.

Can't fault CloudFlare for speeding up websites though. I used it for my wedding site which was WP with a very heavy theme over top hosted on a server in the US (it was taking 10+ seconds to load), with some tweaks of WP and CloudFlare I got the load time down to well under 1 sec without moving it closer to home (being a short term site it wasn't worth moving it to NZ).

And whatever you do, don't just switch hosts before making sure things work first.

a. create a test account with another provider
b. export your content from current provider
c. import content into new provider
d. create a A record for something such as "dev.ifix4u.co.nz" and configure new host to accept connections for this domain
e. test it works
f. transfer providers

Alternatively

a. create a test account with another provider

d. create a hosts file entry in your PC pointing your domain to the IP address on the new provider. This way you can visit "www.ifix4u.co.nz" from your PC but actually access the new provider

The "airconditioners" heading isn't level with the other ones... that's the OCD in me. ;p
And since you're in NZ and service NZ, you don't really need the +64 in front of your phone number at the bottom. 09 will let people know the area you cover better (if people don't know the suburbs that well).

Load's a whole lot quicker now (well under a second on 100/50). Good to see you've made a lot of suggested changes.

No real issues to raise after a brief look.

Nice work.
