Did you get this resolved??? As I may have a cable lying around that would suit your purpose ( same as this http://www.dealextreme.com/p/gold-plated-vga-cable-for-xbox-360-160cm-length-82059?item=1 ) and If in Wellington I can even drop off or you can pick it up. If out of wellington then sure we could work something out (as in you pay for postage and it's yours). I will have a look in the morning for you if you still need it.

I suspect LeopardGirl is nowhere near Wellington.

I would also hope that her TV was cheap, because with all the mucking around with cables, the difference between a second hand one and a new one would be much reduced.

Glad she got it sorted though.

tv was ?50 mate for a 32" lg lcd and the cables cost a grand total of about ?15 so it was cheaper then buying a new one. if i had known what i was doing it would have been a whole lot easier so i'm thankful for the help!!!
