PaulBags: Ok I'm pretty used to this phone now. Still, one thing annoys me that I can't do anything about: the FM tuner requires the 'headset*' to be plugged in as the antenna. This, of course, precludes using the FM tuner with the loudspeaker or bluetooth headphones.
NealR: If any customers experience things like echo or one way speech please please ring 123 and log a fault.
We cannot fix things we don't know about.
Include; where you were, what phone type you had, who you were talking to, what their number was, time of day.

This is standard across pretty much every handset manufacturer, the headset is used as the antenna for the FM Radio.
