Yes I am aware that either way it would cost me $12 for the month no matter when the month started. But I had $14 credit on my phone which should have done me for a month but now I've had to top-up again. Just annoying that's all. I agree this will help with the complaints of part month charges but the problem isn't the change in billing cycle, it is that people won't realise, so I imagine there would be a whole lot of long time telecom prepaid users in the same boat. Unless they are well informed geekzone users of course! As I said before my issue would not have been an issue had the Txt-Plan changed over in the same day, is it normal for it to take 5 days to change? One of the people from customer services told me that it happens within 4hrs. Thanks
