For the post above that, yeah I don't feel like I'm using a "premier" service like I used to, but I wouldn't want to change ISP and find it's actually worse :S
I wish I could pay a little bit more, for speed (average international, not peak local) rather than just gigs. 60GB normally covers me in an average month - it's just when I need data - I don't want to wait overnight.
Would switching to WarpSpeed increase performance (in my situation)? e.g. different bandwidth pool, or some weird prioritisation?
It has been my experience that Warpspeed doesn't have any effect on performance of each individual connection. It does, however, allow a higher aggregate throughput. Although, I rarely see more than the 15mbps I was getting before I upgraded.
The only time I'm seeing more than 30mbps is to TCL's speedtest, and 30 is a rarity since summer vacation started.
Typical speeds are 10-15, with no socket going faster than 2-3.
