A few hours ago mine dropped to 500Mbps and double or 3 times normal ping to LA, now it is again at 1.2Mbps.  National speed is around 5Mbps which is down from my usual 7.3Mbps.  The other day I did a speed test at 3 in the morning and international was really fast, so there does seem to be a bit of a problem at the moment.  Popular sites are cached and thus appear to be fast, e.g. Microsoft updates.  Two days ago I got over 7Mbps downloading 200MB from Microsoft at 8pm.  It would be good to get some feedback from XNet...

Aren't Microsoft updates Akamai content? If so, they're comming from Xnet anyway.
