Wow, sorry to hear the process is going so badly for you. So far my “account change” is going ok. After getting the phone call last Tuesday, I checked on Thursday morning and my speed had been upgraded to max. No emails, texts or any other comms on that, it just happened.
Not sure when things will change with the billing side of things, but I’m just happy I still have internet :-)…. So far.
