Not sure I comprehend johnr - it's an old prepay phone that was working a month or two ago - now I have my 'other' prepay phone I may be in a position to swap this sim for something else.

westwardho: on the sim itself it usually says somewhere 32k, 64k, 128k or 256k
unfortunately i dont think its possible to reactivate an old sim.

Mine doesn't have any size printed on it, just "Pre Pay" and a 16-digit number. However, it's deactivated so probably not much use.

Have you tried a 2degrees' SIM? I had a phone that only accepted 32k or 64k Vodafone SIM, but for some reason a 2degrees' 128k SIM worked.

I've got a 32k vodafone pre-pay sim that's been disconnected - does this help?

The only thing this will be good for is a very lite paper weight
