Dunno if I should start a new thread or not, but since my grumbling is already in this one, I should say that the VoIP problems are ongoing. Poor quality speech is the issue.

This is despite much improved speeds, so I'm not sure what's up. have emailed XNet again, but no reply.

Here's the latest speedtest:
Ping: 128ms
Down: 3.81mb/s
Up: 0.41mb/s

The issue you seem to have relates to your receive, we see a lot of dropped packets getting through to your device, your upstream seems to be okay i.e your transmit , so I am taking an educated guess and thinking your have bad audio at your end.

You should have rxed 1947 packets in this call example (PR=1947) but you did not receive 309 of these (PL=309) this will result in broken audio, I see this in the couple of calls that I checked.

This purely relates to your connection and could be the connection or local router setup.

I would suggest ringing in and talking with the support team and they can get your connection checked, running some trace routes and pink tests will also help as it will show if your getting packet loss normally on this connection.

Packet loss is the natural born enenmy of the VOIP call... Innocent
