tots08: Do you know though if vodafone's planning to have unlimited data plan? Cos if I think about it, these two plans costs heaps already, and 512MB will probably not even last a month for me. Hehe!

It will never happen

Mobile broadband is not a replacement for wired connections as it stands today.

Most people I know use quite a lot but on a smartphone, with current pricing most people wouldnt need more than the 2GB plans available. Anything bigger than this on a smartphone you have to rethink usage.

Why do you need unlimited data, just out of interest? Are you torrenting 24/7 or something?

Not necessarily unlimited plan, but more than 512MB per month. :) No. I just use email, chat, fb, etc a lot to communicate with other friends overseas and I sometimes watch vids.

Being on prepay you can purchase topup data bundles in either 100 or another 512MB. Each time it exhaust, you can purchase another. As many as you want. Have you tried that?
