Typos: On the SanDisk microSD card pages, eg http://www.bw.co.nz/phone/detail/40

"Please check you mobile's manufacture web site for a full compatibility listing."

(obviously should be something like "Please check your mobile manufacturer's web site for a full compatibility listing.")

tonyhughes: Front page, links at bottom left - some have all the words in the link text capitalised, some only have the first word capitalised.

Not consistent.

Same goes on the invoice (which just arrived in my email). It says "TAX Invoice", whereas it would be better as either "TAX INVOICE" or "Tax Invoice".

Hello there,

Cross browser compatibility is a key. In Opera your index page has an issue where the text margin hits the white margin. (The word ‘All’ hits the white in the first line)

Now let's validate some html:

Index page:
Line 11, Column 600: end tag for "br" omitted, but OMITTAG NO was specified.
…">Join the Revolution NOW!

(basically you are missing the ‘/’ in the BR tag

Line 11, Column 1799: required attribute "alt" not specified.
…-->

(each image tag should have an alt tag, this is usefull for browsers for the disabled, or if images have been turned off)

Line 11, Column 2274: end tag for "br" omitted, but OMITTAG NO was specified.
…a>
(bad BR, you need the ‘/’)

There is allot more validation issues on the site, It will just take some time to sort it out. http://www.w3schools.com/site/site_validate.asp

Further to this your main CSS file has some issues too.

The main photo of the HTC Touch Dual pictured here http://www.bw.co.nz/phone/ is actually a picture of a HTC Touch P3450 (non dual). The second picture is correct however.

Cheers

In the FAQ:

How do I call Overseas with Black + White?

'Overseas' does not deserve to be capitalised. (Lots of other capitalisation errors on this page, some are arguably by design ("Plans", "Mobiles", "Options").

Tell me all the detail about Black + White Email?

Another on the FAQ page...

"Tell me all the detail about..."

It would be "Tell me the detail" or "Tell me all the details"

Email Light

The latest Microsoft Outlook Webmail account
15MB mobile data, anti-SPAM + anti-Virus included
Access your email, calendar + contacts anywhere
Over the internet or on your capable mobile

"SPAM" is not an acronym, so would not need to have every letter in capitals.

It is probably also wrong to have the "V" in anti-Virus capitalised.

In the FAQ - "I have a fault, what should I do"

1. Switch your phone on and off (it's a cliche but it often works).

Should be spelt: cliché

FAQ page: "Will my current mobile work on Black + White?"

For the techo's: GSM Dual band or better phone using the 900Mhz frequency;

Error: An apostrophe is NEVER used to make a word plural (plural means more than one).

FAQ: Can I keep my number and join Black + White?

"Pre pay customers will need your mobile number & mobile serial number ( Dec ESN) if with Telecom NZ"

Telecom New Zealand generally refer to these connections/customers as "Prepaid" (VFNZ generally refer to them as "Prepay")

Expand all the queries on http://www.bw.co.nz/faq/ and you will see that line spacing is all up the wazoo.
