Will try with Callcentric.  Sipdroid maybe will add spaces with that account and then perhaps I can reset phone if its at this end.  Switched off SIP ALG in Security section.

Ok have binned the SIPDROID.  Am trying CSIPSIMPLE.   I got  Callcentric to register straight away.
Xnet.  No chance. I will switch off 3CX software on laptop running through the router and leave the droid phone on to see what you can see from your end.  Have completely disabled voice on the WAG310g.  It was partially configured (wrongly) with a space in front of the AUTH USERID.

Using the basic wizard with this new program its saying account not found.

Account name
(disply name for this account)

User
account name / login

Server
SIP server domain/IP(:port)  I wrote pan.wxnz.net:5060 for this one.

Then when it is all saved error message is Error while registering - Not Found.

Yes that SIPDROID seemed to have issues with this phone.

Isn't there anyone in the office running Android SIP software?  I deleted and installed SIPDROID.  Did a hardware reset on the phone. Tried again with SIPDROID but still the same.  So went to this other brand.

looking at one of your registers yesterday I notice in the AuthID that you are sending a lower case l instead of an uppercase I.  This is between the Kp and V in your AuthID.  If you can try copying and pasting your authid/password into sipdroip.

See how you go changing that, some of the guys in the office have been using sipdroid quite happily.

Cheers

Josh

Cutting and pasting is the only way to go. For sure.  Should be better now.  But not working.
