PJamieson, thanks .. that was great information to know.  I read in the New Zealand Herald this weekend that others are also having the same problem.  That bringing in more products like LightBox, Neon and NetFlix drive more people to video streaming which will not help things at night.  But is good to see there is a national campaign to improve the entire infrastructure.  It was only a few years ago that the Internet was a curiosity, but now it is more important than the phone line.
