I personally don't bother with overclocking. Modern CPUs do it themselves, almost, increasing their speed when required and possible. Overclocking may get you more clock speed, but if the CPU's waiting for disk or ram it's irrelevant how fast it waits. It helps a few things, maybe games a bit, but IMHO not worth it.
