CullenDS:

Okay cool, i'll look out for that.

If anyone has the time, could anyone tell me if this here would be worth it?

Honestly its alot better if you build your own system or maybe choose the parts and ask the retailer to build it for you here are some good choices with all the easter sales going on:

PBtech

Computer lounge using there easter promo code

I really appreciate the time you took to do that man :) i'll have to go into PB and talk to someone soon to grab the deals.

I did see that actually, very tempting.
Although would it be worth asking them to make it a bit cheaper (for my monitor and keyboard) and going with a Ryzen 5 chip?

Ts&Cs say you can't swap anything, can only add components.

Ah right, i'll have to look around for a deal on monitors then - I see this entire process isn't going to be cheap either way.

Thanks! I really like the look of that case as well.

Keep the ideas coming everyone, this forum is really helpful!

@Dolts, remember to compare apples with apples and include the OS and have the ram at 16gb

I know 16GB of ram was in the op's first post but 8GB is fine. OS + monitor + keyboard will likely go over the $1900 budget so good luck! It's a tough choice to make for sure

Yeah no doubt i'll have to spend a bit more unfortunately, just have to look out for those deals.

Would 8gb be fine for the near future until I could upgrade? I mostly play BF1 and i've heard you need more than 8gb to play it.

i read it as 1900 was excluding monitor

Of course it would be ideal to have a monitor within that budget but realistically it won't be possible without making sacrifices.

If you're building Ryzen I recommend sticking to 2 sticks of ram, otherwise yes you can upgrade in future.
