I'd go with 2 to 3 SSD's
The machine at work used for Premiere Pro has 1x256gb SSD for OS/Creative Cloud, 1x256gb SSD for scratch, 1x2tb SSD for working projects and a 12tb HDD for archived projects.
I'm a geek, a gamer, a dad, a Quic user, and an IT Professional. I have a full rack home lab, size 15 feet, an epic beard and Asperger's. I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. If you use my Quic signup you can also use the code R570394EKGIZ8 for free setup.
Separate SSD for scratch is probably a waste, given the OS SSD is idle when Photoshop or such is being used.
As others have said SSD, I run Adobe apps & Maya for 3D, two SSD drives.
That Quadro card with 10 bit colour is nice for Adobe compositing, but you won't notice any benefit unless you have a 10 bit display as well (expensive). Otherwise it will be quite slow for modern games if you're into that & a cheap GTX card will outperform it.
Will it have Windows 8.1... not 10...?
