Is the filter wired correctly... Not as intended for the panel, but it should still work.

Every jack in the house is wired as a phone line only (as has been mentioned already). You can't currently connect a computer to a jack and get a connection of any sort.

As it is currently connected, the jack "Dinning TV" is where your xDSL modem should be plugged in.

Ciaran:

Whoa thanks all for the replies. Chevrolux Im in Christchurch I think your right it may be easier to get someone in.

There is a filter wired in does this split the signal coming in from my phoneline into phone and internet? Is this wired correctly?

Thanks again.

The filter sends the DSL signal untouched to the DSL outlet (Lounge TV?) and then filters the DSL out of the feed to the phone jacks. It's a bit hard to tell from the photos where everything goes, but it looks like you may only have one or two active phone jacks?

I'd be happy to give you a hand with sorting this out - I'm Christchurch based. Not a pro, but have done this a few times before.
