I'm with Lorenah with this one, he came here to share what had happened. Good on Lorenah on finding the information but in the end he/she shouldnt need to do the work of the "CSR" at Telecom.

If Telecom want iPhone users to switch and offer tempting deals for people to do so then they need to up skill their "CSR's".

tonyhughes - my bad. Yeah sorry about that. No offence Geekzone. Point taken.

I have to say that "a wholesale truckload of incorrect" is one of the funniest lines I have read in a while. Nice.

In real life, I say a metric @ssload of 'x'. But not really allowed to do that here.

Oops.

+1.

Do your homework, make sure your frontliners are 'sperts on everything that matters, and do it right.

Telecom has consistently failed with this for years IMO.

billgates: You found out the info all by yourself in the end. It's not hard is it? So why waste CSR's precious time?

A comment like this adds absolutely no value to these forums, and is confrontational to say the least.

All the information regarding APN was available online on Telecom's website. Effort should be *put in* by everyone atleast.

Perhaps I could have worded my comment a bit better so it did not sound confrontational.

Do whatever you want to do man.
