Yes, one of our staff members had this also, bit of a trap. I might see if we can get a sticky for high data usage with a few of these culprits in it.
That could be good in the general broadband forum. For us, the key complaint is when someone starts torrenting in the house and doesnt know its seeding after a download... so we look for high upload in that case.
If we see 1-3gb regularly between 1am and 5am= teenage son playing blizzard games with background torrenting switched on for patch updates and acting as a supernode.
But I think a communal list of such programs is a good idea... and how to switch their p2p functionality off.
