Heh, yes, quite possibly. It's still worth getting the core network ops people to check it in case there's something else going on too - I'm only speculating about CSFB.

I usually get through on my 3rd attempt, not to concerned as I'm near the end of my Spark contract.

Umm iirc "Your call cannot be connected right now". Typically it rings once or twice then gets that. On the 2nd or 3rd try it gets through.
