Cheers - but your focusing on the wrong thing here  -  Yes, wifi and LAN have been tested separately and independently (one machine does not have wifi at all, yet also times out on page loads and site log ins, direct cable to the fritz). Also noting that the hop to the router is now flawless since replacing the router.

Here is the ping to router on LAN cable since replacing the fritz.  (perhaps I posted the ping screenshot while on wifi by mistake,  I have a collection of logs and screenies at the moment)

The Fritz has defiantly been a cause of issue, but is not the issue that I'm now chasing. - The original fritz was also slow in its own management page loading compared to the new one, it's got faults.

So, one PC - direct LAN cable to the new fritz, no Wifi involved,

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

after a couple seconds, hit refresh and it loads instantly.

Replicate this same experience on a second PC, with different sites, NZ Herald, Shopify,  also on LAN (no wifi hardware)

Its with 2D now to further investigate
