Wade,

Do you have any indicative pricing for those of us that may also be interested in diligent boardbooks?

I assume the pricing is somehow tailored to each organisation, but if we had some idea of the ballpark we would know whether to make further inquiries directly with you.

Thanks
Blair

HI Blair,

You are correct. Pricing is dependent on each organizations requirements. We charge on a per user basis / per Board / Committee and there are different price structures for Government, non profit and bulk purchases so forth.

Our pricing in confidential and choose not to publish it in an open forum, but we are happy to offer this to you over the phone once we get a idea of your company structure and requirements..

In addition to the usage we offer 24/7 concierge support for all users via global toll free numbers and or email, this also includes unlimited training for all users. This ensures full utilization of the product and all users are well versed on the application.

At Diligent Boardbooks, security is our priority. All client data is ALWAYS heavily encrypted – both during transmission and at the database. Diligent Boardbooks is security verified by regular security audits performed by third parties. Diligent Boardbooks is SSAE 16 Audited. Diligent Boardbooks is a 3rd generation Board Portal – owned and developed exclusively by Diligent. It does NOT reply on any third-party software or browser plug-ins that can introduce security issues.

Again, if you would like to arrange a no obligation demonstration or any additional infromation, please feel free to contact myself so we can talor a package that best suits your organization.

Hi Gerrygirl,

You ask some great questions and my answers to all of them are YES. Our system is very flexable and can be changed and modified on the fly. For example in allot of the client companies that we work with they relase the papers say 14 days advance, then between then and the actual meeting there are late submissions and amendments and changes. Our system allows this with ease.
The way our system works is that it creates "tabs" for each section. So all you really have to do is upload the new agenda (Or modify it in the Boardbooks systems) and then insert the new documents. The tabs are very easy to use and navigate. The users has the ability to make annotations such as sticky notes, highlight and also write on the electronic document. There is also the ability for th user to print or email these annotations too.

A new PC is not required. The way the councillors view the material is via a PC or Ipad and it will look the EXCAT same as the original document. They are able to view this online (While connected to the internet), or alternately SYNC it to either a PC or IPAD and view "OFFLINE". So if they are on a plane or have a lake house with no internet, they can still view their material.

Printing - Printing can be turned on or off per user for added security. If they wish to print it is as simple as printing a word document. We also have a voting feature which allows user to vote on agenda items. This can also be used for simple approvals. This is done in REAL TIME and the results are instantaneous.

What a majority of our clients do is work with printed material via Boardbooks for the first meeting or two, then they tend to go paperless. This works in so may positive ways from saving the amount of printing, saving the time it takes to bind and print the board packs for each meeting, eliminates the need for posting the material out and the added security of not having the documents falling into the wrong hands.

I look forward to fielding any and all questions from yourself or IT Team. I will not bore you with the technical side of things, but would welcome the opportunity to speak with your IT team.

Hope you have a great day and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to arrange a demonstration for you and your team.

Kind regards,

Wade Gill
