Is the $30 price just for a single mailbox, that does sound a lot if it is. I guess their difference is that they look to be hosting it in NZ, which could mean faster response times. I would have thought that sort of thing would be really reliable.

They also cheaper plans too, per month pricing per user

500Mb $15
1Gb $20
2Gb $25

as Mauricio points out MSFT sells a 25GB Exchange 2013 mailbox for $5.10/month with a financially-backed 99.9% uptime guarantee.

yes Auckland is closer for NZ customers, Office 365 is hosted out of Singapore with backup in Hong Kong

but with Outlook cache mode and synch in the background it basically removes the latency as you're working off local OST file

Sadly the GM/MD has failed to respond to any of our "please explain" emails in any way. When our term is up our customers will be moved to another service.
