First timer - and not that great with technology.
New Panasonic TV (replacing old tv) in bedroom and trying to tune in Sky which we previously were able to watch whatever channel lounge tv was on. Have splitter box attached to TV and Sky decoder (MY SKY) in the lounge which then has an aerial cord running from the splitter box to bedroom.
Tried manually tuning in but unable to find a program that allows me to search all channels and select the lounge TV one ie not the standard channels.
Make sense?....sorry if it doesnt

Make sure you select the analogue not digital tuner in the tv

You could even try one of those Wireless AV cables.. dx.com sell one for $40 some say its good enough
for around the house.. mightbe a clearer picture.

theres even devices that use the houses power to send hdmi now I read. not tried either or seen
the hdmi ones

i think its like a lan cable UTP over power cable then transmits video hdmi packets..

however we also use a splitter box/muxer.. for RF.. takes av from sky into back and mixes it with normal outside roof antenna on channel 33 (seemed less interference) then it feeds into another 8 port splitter box then farms it throughout the house.. then can use dtv tune in (veon tv) and pick up the sky
but now its DTV on RF less of a problem of channels clashes

the sky installer added it cost like $70 extra but can pick up one from tech shop no doubt or perhaps dx.com sell them

you need to mix and amp the signal before sending to the splitter box.. depending on splits you
need that box to amp signal as well. depending on distances. and how many tvs want of it.

as above.. the sky is only on ATV.... rest of the freeview are on DTV (if got tv labelled that way
eg. VEON from warehouse) so you tune in Analogue (ATV) for sky

Assuming that your MySky has an RF modulator and you were able to watch TV in the bedroom before the most obvious thing would be you've got the TV incorrectly set to the digital tuner and not the analogue one.
