First off, I'll say my Neon subscription is worth every dollar I have spent on it - but not so sure I'll say that once the free component wears off...
I can't make Neon work on Linux 15.10 with *either* Chrome 46.0.2490.86 (Flash 19.0.0.245) or Firefox (41.02) (Flash 11.2.202.548). Various cases of the circles going around but no audio or video...
Is there some more detailed Flash testing I could do that might point me in the right direction?
And in the process of trying to fix it, checking out other devices, I've filled up my five devices so must wait a month to remove one. (And, it seems that using both Chrome and Firefox on the same PC constitutes two different 'devices' for their counting...)
