Hi folks,
I've just moved into a new house and have hooked up my MySky HDi box, and am getting a T-100 "Atmospheric Conditions" error message. I've been on the phone to Sky Customer service and they got me to change the LNB settings from 10.750 to 11.300 (and several others while I was there) but that didn't work.
Do you need to "reset" (the little red button by the card, under the flip-down cover) between LNB setting changes? If not, is there anything else I could try before having to get a tech in?
