I've just moved back from Australia where I had Foxtel IQ2, which is identical to MySkyHD which I've just had installed.

The only feature I can't find is how to set the favourite channel (where you press the yellow button and it brings up your preselected favourite channel on the on screen guide). Can anyone tll me how to do this - It's a real pain not having it.

Thanks in advance!
Dene

I haven't come across that feature yet.

I would imagine while the hardware is very similar (if not identical) the software running on top will vary depending on what Sky chooses to provide/develop.

I went and stayed with my older brother in aussie who had Foxtel IQ2. Foxtel does have some extra customizable features Sky has yet to offer.

Considering the Foxtel IQ2 decoder is basically identical to the MySky hdi decoder (IQ2 has an eSATA input at the front above the USB, and the different Vent design on top). You will just have to live with the fact that Sky firmware isn't quite as advanced as Foxtels.
Also foxtel iq2 over there seemed to have a flash version of the remote.

Lets hope for a firmware update for you to get these features back.

On the small silver box you can change the channel assigned to the TV button, you just need to know the secret code (can't remember what, but found via Google from another country).

You can never have enough Volvos!
