Hi, we just got Sky Multi Room installed into our sleepout and are wanting to hook our Panasonic DVD Recorder through the sky box. We had the DVD plugged into AV1, but Sky installer took out and put into AV2, and Sky box is now plugged into AV1. We are wanting to plug our Wii into AV2. We've had the DVD running through Sky box and into AV1 in the past but unsure of what cables go where. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
Not sure what you mean about running the dvd through the sky unit but if you have a input on the side of the tv, you could plug the wii in there and select that AV input for playing it. Most newish tv's have at least 3 or more inputs and as long as you have the yellow video cable from the dvd or other unit to a video and red & white to the audio in (using RCA plugs) it should work when the corresponding input on the tv is selected.
Using a HDMI cable if available is the best and easiest if available which handles both audio and video in one cable.

Cheers

Wayne

You should be able to plug the DVD player into AV1 then plug the Sky box into the DVD Player and then you'll be able to record sky and watch it through the DVD Player. (this is what your old setup sounded like i think).
