So you get MySky , you get the sports or the movies. Do you pay an extra $10 and get HD.
Is it worth it? Good picture etc?

Anyone who has signed up and either likes it or thinks its a waste of money, please let me know!

Every cent of it, IMHO. I'm an F1 fan. The picture quality is brilliant.

Don't have Movies, though.

Usually the Monday following the GP around 5pm.

I set MySky to record all sessions and then watch when I get home, and usually the GP live.

Even the clarity on Sky Sport when watching a rugby match makes it sooo worth it.

Watched a replay of a match the otherday on one of the other sports channels. It was painful watching it.

That said. We should not have to pay extra simply for an HD ticket.

Is the HD ticket worth it?

In a word "yes"' in two words "hell yes"!

Hi - visibly better pic quality, but you pay for it when you want to record something on the little MySky hard drive. Also, it's pretty poor to be charged extra for something that is meant to be a core functionality of the MySky HDi device, so I'm a bit opposed to it on principle.

If you have Mysky , the free to air channels are in HD anyway, even without the HD ticket.
